Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and all major credit cards.  Payment is expected at the time of service unless, prior to your appointment, financial arrangements have been made with our office.

Insurance

 We do participate and work with many insurance companies and will be more than happy to file all claims with your insurance company and will help make sure that you receive all dental benefits due to you.  We remind you that your specific insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company and that you will be responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.  

Insurance company benefits are usually based on a usual and customary fee schedule, however, there are some insurance policies that are based on a fixed rate fee schedule.  You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available which may or may not coincide with our fee schedule.
